About Me

Hey there! I’m Jessica, the heart behind Living in Wonderland.

I’m on a journey to create a more balanced, intentional life, embracing a flexitarian diet 🌱, finding systems that keep my home running smoothly 🗂, and adding a little magic ✨ to the everyday.

I started this blog to share the real, unfiltered side of simple living—the wins, the setbacks, and everything in between. Over the years, I’ve learned that healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated, and getting organized doesn’t mean giving up joy. My goal is to help you simplify your life in ways that feel realistic, cozy, and doable.

When I’m not experimenting with new plant-based meals or resetting my space for the week ahead, you’ll usually find me curled up with a good book 📚 or soaking up time with my family.

Living in Wonderland is all about building a life you love, one that feels simple, fulfilling, and just a little magical. I’m so glad you’re here 💛 and I can’t wait to walk alongside you on this journey.

🙋‍♀️ Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What inspired you to start Living in Wonderland?
A: I created this blog for others like me, people craving a simpler, more balanced way to care for their homes, their health, and themselves. After a lot of trial and error, I’ve found that the smallest shifts often make the biggest difference and I love sharing what’s worked.

Q: What kind of meals do you share on the blog?
A: I follow a flexitarian, mostly plant-based approach, no red meat or fish. You’ll find simple, nourishing recipes using whole ingredients that are easy to prep and enjoyable to eat.

Q: How would you describe your approach to home management?
A: Realistic and flexible. I believe that a clean, organized home supports mental clarity, but it doesn’t have to be perfect. I focus on small systems that make daily life feel easier, not more stressful.

Q: What does “balance” mean to you?
A: To me, balance isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about building routines that support your life, not run it. That means easy meals, gentle structure, and giving yourself grace on the messy days.

Q: Do you share personal updates or just tips?
A: A little of both! While most of my content is focused on helpful tools and ideas, I also share real-life progress, challenges, and glimpses into my routines to keep things honest and relatable.
