Health Goals {July 2018}

Welcome to my new series where I share my monthly health goals. These posts will also contain my previous month's goals and an overview of how well I did on them. If you'd like to see how my June goals went and what my goals are for this month, then keep reading!


June 2018 Review

Out of my four goals last month, I was successful with three out of the four. I only missed one week of workouts and was able to keep up a pretty decent routine throughout the entire month. I am especially proud that I was able to stay away from soda and hope to continue that throughout my journey.


Now here are my goals for this month!




I am keeping it simple yet challenging this month.


1. Track Daily
I am continuing with this goal but am also going to be paper tracking to keep myself 100% accountable.


2. 22 Total Workouts
I am still aiming to workout five days a week, if I am able to keep up with that schedule then I should have 22 completed workouts by the end of the month.


3. Lose 10 pounds
Now this is a huge goal as it will require me to lose at least 2 pounds per week which technically should be easy considering the amount of weight I need to lose, but I lose at a snail's pace. I am hoping if I stick to my calorie and workout goals then I can achieve this.


When I post my August monthly goals, I will be including an overview of how well I did during this month. I will continue doing this for each month to keep myself accountable and to see where I need to improve.
