Health Goals {June 2018}

Today I wanted to start a new series that will focus on sharing my monthly health goals. These goals may be somewhat similar each month but will be in line with whatever habits I am currently working on to better my overall health. If you want to see my goals for this month then keep reading!







1. My Fitness Pal
This goal is to keep myself more accountable with what I am eating and drinking. I was previously using Weight Watchers but hit a road block with my progress so I am testing out calorie tracking. I want to make sure I log everything honestly!


2. Workouts
This goal will likely be one that appears often, I haven't made a decision on what type of workouts I will be doing but I want to stay active. 


3. Water
I drink a good amount of water but do find myself slacking once the weekend arrives. So this goal is to make sure I get my water in every day of the week.


4. Soda
I don't drink a ton of soda but I'd rather not have any at all to avoid the extra calories and sugar. I am hoping if I stay away from it all month then I will find myself less and less likely wanting it.


When I post my July monthly goals, I will also include an overview of how my goals went from this month. I will continue doing that for each month to keep myself accountable and to see where I need to improve.
