What I Ate Wednesday {5/9/2018}

I am back with another edition of my What I Ate Wednesday series. I am currently calorie tracking with MyFitnessPal, so each meal will contain the calorie value. Keep reading if you want to see how I spent my calories for the day!


Breakfast
Cinnamon Raisin Bagel with Water
Calories: 395
This has been my go to breakfast option as of late since it is quick to put together and keeps me full. This is a cinnamon raisin bagel topped with a bit of butter and cinnamon with sugar. I also had a 32oz water with it.


Lunch
Spaghetti with Turkey Meatballs and Garlic Toast
Calories: 590
Lunch was leftovers from the previous night's dinner. A classic comfort food dish that the entire family enjoys.


Dinner
Baked BBQ Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Corn
Calories: 569
This is one of my husband's favorite dishes which I paired with my kids' favorite sides.


By the end of the day I had used 1,554 calories.
