What I Ate Wednesday {5/23/2018}

I am back with another edition of my What I Ate Wednesday series. I am currently calorie tracking with MyFitnessPal, so each meal will contain the calorie value. Keep reading if you want to see how I spent my calories for the day!


Breakfast
Cinnamon Raisin Bagel with Strawberry Jam
Calories: 410
I have been on a bagel kick for awhile now, for this morning I had mine a bit of butter and strawberry jam.


Lunch
Loaded Sweet Potato
Calories: 334
Lunch was leftovers from the previous night's dinner, this is a veggie stuffed baked potato that is both filling and delicious.


Dinner
Spinach Turkey Wrap, Fries, Peas
Calories: 579
I kept this dinner fairly simple by making my favorite wraps. This is a turkey wrap with turkey bacon, spinach, and mustard on a spinach tortilla. I served it with shoestring fries and steamed peas.


By the end of the day I had used 1,323 calories.
