What I Ate Wednesday {4/11/18}

I am back with another edition of my What I Ate Wednesday series. I am currently transitioning from using Weight Watchers to counting calories, so starting with my next edition I will include the full nutritional information for each of my meals. For today's edition, this is a basic day of eating for me. Keep reading if you want to see my meal plan for the day!


Breakfast

I go back and forth with having an appetite in the morning so some days I have a small breakfast and others I have a full out buffet. On this day I just wanted something simple so I went with one of my favorite yogurts!


Lunch

Lunch as usual was leftovers from the previous nights dinner. This is pulled cajun pork, mashed sweet potatoes, and green beans.


Snack

To curb a sweet tooth, these are my favorite snack bars to have. They are super delicious and are made with simple ingredients.


Dinner

This was a new recipe to me that the whole family ended up enjoying. I made butternut squash soup with chicken and croutons. I also had a breadstick on the side.
