What I Ate Wednesday {Weight Watchers} 3/14/18

9:00 AM

I am back with another edition of my What I Ate Wednesday as a Weight Watchers member. I enjoy sharing this series with all of you as it gives a glimpse of just how amazing being a WW member is as you don't sacrifice at all with your food options. I currently have a daily budget of 30 SmartPoints. Keep reading if you want to see how I spent my points!

Califia Farms Mocha Cold Brew and Simple Truth Blueberry Grape Kombucha
SmartPoints Total: 6 points
This has been my go to breakfast choice for the past few weeks. I don't have much of an appetite in the morning and this does the job of keeping me satisfied until lunch. I recently incorporated the kombucha and it has greatly helped with some minor digestive issues I've been having.

Baked Barbecue Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Corn
SmartPoints Total: 11 points
Lunch was leftovers from the previous night's dinner. I made my baked barbecue chicken and paired it with our favorite sides of mashed potatoes and corn. Click here for my recipe for the chicken!

Asian Beef and Noodle Bowl
SmartPoints Total: 10 points

This is one of my favorite ramen recipes as it is simple to make and super delicious!

By the end of the day I had used 27 SmartPoints and ended up with three points that rolled over to the next day.
