Dinner Ideas {2/21/18}

Welcome to my menu planning series! This series is all about me sharing my family's week of dinners. I prepare dinner every week day and occasionally on weekends. I try my best to switch up our meals fairly often and am always looking for new recipes to try. I am hoping this series inspires some of you and also keeps me from being too repetitive with our meals. I will be posting this series every two weeks as voted on by all of you. I will also be including the SmartPoints value for each meal in case any fellow Weight Watchers members are interested. Enjoy this week's menu!

Spaghetti with Turkey Meatballs and Garlic Toast

This is a staple recipe in our family and is comfort food at it's best!

Loaded Nachos

This is one of my son's favorite recipes. These are veggie nachos which are layered with black beans, salsa, peppers, and cheese.

Cherry Glazed Chicken, Rice Pilaf, and Corn
SmartPoints Total: 12 points
This is one of my favorite recipes which was fitting to serve on Valentine's Day. This is cherry glazed chicken paired with brown rice pilaf and corn.

Popcorn Shrimp, Baked Potato, Mixed Vegetables
SmartPoints Total: 13 points
This is a simple and quick meal to have on days where our schedule gets a bit more hectic, and its one the kids really enjoy!

Hamburgers, Potato Puffs, and Green Beans
SmartPoints Total: 16 points
With the temps starting to warm up, we couldn't resist grilling up some burgers. I served mine with our favorite potato puffs and green beans.
