What I Ate Wednesday {Weight Watchers} 1/24/18

I am back with another edition of my What I Ate Wednesday as a Weight Watchers member. I enjoy sharing this series with all of you as it gives a glimpse of just how amazing being a WW member is as you don't sacrifice at all with your food options. I currently have a daily budget of 29 SmartPoints. Keep reading if you want to see how I spent my points!


Sugar Free Whole Wheat Toast with Hard Boiled Eggs
SmartPoints Total: 7 points
This is a bigger than average breakfast for me but my workouts lately have been increasing my appetite so some days a larger meal is needed. With the Freestyle program the eggs are free so the only points are for the bread and butter!


Chicken Parmesan with Peas
SmartPoints Total: 5 points
Lunch was leftovers from the previous night's dinner. I make my chicken Parmesan without extra cheese on top since I am sensitive to dairy plus it reduces the points!


Orange Glazed Turkey Breast, Corn, and Mashed Potatoes
SmartPoints Total: 10 points
This is one of my all time favorite turkey recipes and nothing beats homemade mashed potatoes.


By the end of the day, I had used just 22 points and I was plenty full so I didn't end up feeling the need to use any more. With the Freestyle program, a maximum of 4 points roll over if left unused so I had some extra go into my weekly points bank!
