What I Ate Wednesday {Weight Watchers} 1/10/18

I am back with another edition of my What I Ate Wednesday as a Weight Watchers member. I enjoy sharing this series with all of you as it gives a glimpse of just how amazing being a WW member is as you don't sacrifice at all with your food options. I currently have a daily budget of 29 SmartPoints. Keep reading if you want to see how I spent my points!


Breakfast
Blueberry Oatmeal
SmartPoints Total: 6 points
This is a super simple yet delicious breakfast option. All I do is make instant maple and brown sugar oatmeal then add fresh blueberries over the top. I warm up the berries before adding to give them even more flavor!


Lunch
Scrambled Egg Sandwiches
SmartPoints Total: 5 points
Lunch was two scrambled egg sandwiches using light English muffins.


Dinner
Chicken Stir Fry
SmartPoints Total: 7 points
My all time favorite dinner option!


Snack
Cold Brew
SmartPoints Total: 6 points
After a long and exhausting day, I had a double serving of my new favorite cold brew with almond milk.


By the end of the day, I had used 24 SmartPoints!
