2018 Health and Fitness Journal

9:00 AM

Today I wanted to share my new health and fitness journal that I am using this year. I plan on sharing how I use this journal at least once a month so you can see how I track for my weight loss goals. Keep reading if you want to see more about my journal!

I am using the Rose Gold Moment Maker Planner which I purchased from Hobby Lobby. They don't seem to carry it online any longer but there is a red version online, click here to check it out.

Inside my planner is where I keep some fitness related stickers as well as a paper clip to mark the page I am currently using.

This is what my plain week ahead view looks like.

I began by marking off the dates at the top and then I cover the bottom with new labels. The bottom top box is where I track my workouts and the very bottom box is where I track SmartPoints.

The second page looks mostly the same as the first, it has a notes section and an inspirational quote area. I fill in the notes section with my weekly goals.

I track Monday through Thursday as I go, so I fill in each day as I eat and meet any daily goals.

For the weekend, I typically pre-track so I can plan how to use my weekly points and so I can make plans for the weekend with ease. The water tracker is left blank until the end of each day.

This is what a full week looks like in my tracker!

At the end of the week I go back through each day and mark off how I did with stickers, this helps me set better goals for the next week and see where I need to improve.

I hope you enjoyed seeing how I use my health and fitness journal!

In the comments down below, let me know if you paper track.

As always any requests, questions, or comments are greatly appreciated. Talk to you soon!
