What I Ate Wednesday: Weight Watchers {10/11/17}

I am back with another edition of my What I Ate Wednesday as a Weight Watchers member. I enjoy sharing this series with all of you as it gives a glimpse of just how amazing being a WW member is as you don't sacrifice at all with your food options. I currently have a daily budget of 35 SmartPoints and do try my best to stay within that budget every day. Keep reading if you want to see how I spent my points!


Breakfast
Pumpkin Spice Waffles, Strawberries, and Banana
SmartPoints Value: 8 points
One of my favorites lately has been these delicious pumpkin spice waffles. I paired them with sugar free syrup and a side of fruit.


Lunch
Vegetarian Shepherd's Pie
SmartPoints Value: 6 points
Lunch was leftovers from the previous night's dinner. This was a new recipe I tried that turned out absolutely delicious and very point friendly.


Snack
Starbucks Skinny Vanilla Raspberry Latte
SmartPoints Value: 7 points
Needed a mid day pick me up and I had plenty of points to splurge on one of my favorite drinks. This is a skinny vanilla latte with a pump of raspberry.


Dinner
Maple-Dijon Chicken, Orzo with Herbs, Green Beans
SmartPoints Total: 12 points
One of our family favorites is this maple-dijon slow roasted chicken. I paired it with orzo and green beans for a complete comfort food meal.
