What I Ate Wednesday {8/16/17}

I am back with another edition of my What I Ate Wednesday as a Weight Watchers member. I enjoy sharing this series with all of you as it gives a glimpse of just how amazing being a WW member is as you don't sacrifice at all with your food options. I currently have a daily budget of 36 Smartpoints and I do try my best to stay within that budget every day. Keep reading if you want to see how I spent my points!


Breakfast
Chocolate Coconut Cold Brew
SmartPoints Value: 2 points
This has been my go to breakfast option for awhile now. It's super low in points and provides enough protein that it keeps me full until lunch. This combination is one of my go to favorites. All you need is a protein shake, one cup of cold brew, and two tablespoons of sugar free coconut syrup.


Lunch
Chick-Fil-A 12 pack nuggets and roasted potatoes
SmartPoints Value: 12 points
Lunch was a combination of Chick-Fil-A nuggets and leftover slow roasted potatoes, very filling and super delicious!


Snack
Dannon Light & Fit Greek Pumpkin Pie Yogurt
SmartPoints Value: 2 points
I had a sweet tooth craving pretty bad in the afternoon so I grabbed this and it hit the spot. It is super delicious and definitely puts me in the fall mood!


Dinner

Baked Ziti and Garlic Bread
SmartPoints Value: 16 points
A new recipe for dinner tonight, this was super delicious but more filling than I realized so a little goes a long way. The entire family enjoyed it as well!


Snack
Dunkin' Donuts Iced Macchiato
SmartPoints Value: 3 points
Needed a pick me up after my workout and this hit the spot!
