What I Ate Wednesday {Weight Watchers} 7/12/2017

I am back with another edition of my What I Ate Wednesday as a Weight Watchers member. I enjoy sharing this series with all of you as it gives a glimpse of just how amazing being a WW member is as you don't sacrifice at all with your food options. I currently have a daily budget of 37 Smartpoints and I do try my best to stay within that budget every day. Keep reading if you want to see how I spent my points!



Breakfast
Raspberry Vanilla Cold Brew
SmartPoints Value: 3 points
This has been one of my to go breakfast options lately since I don't typically have enough of an appetite to have a big meal. This is one cup of cold brew, 1/2 tablespoon raspberry syrup, and a Premier Protein shake. It is filling and absolutely delicious!


Lunch
Spaghetti with Turkey Meatballs and a Nectarine
SmartPoints Value: 7 points
My lunch was leftover spaghetti from the previous night's dinner and I paired it with a nectarine.


Snack

I didn't get a picture of this snack but I was on the go and needed something so I had an un-frosted strawberry poptart for 8 points.


Dinner
Potato Crusted Cod, Roasted Potatoes, and Green Beans
SmartPoints Value: 9 points
Dinner on this night was half a potato crusted cod fillet with roasted potatoes and green beans. Fish isn't my favorite but I try to incorporate occasionally since my husband and kids love it.


Snack
Raspberry Mocha with Almond Milk
SmartPoints Value: 8 points
Since I had a good amount of points left over and had errands to run, I picked up one of my favorite splurge drinks!
