Dinner Ideas {7/19/17}

Welcome to my menu planning series! This series is all about me sharing my family's week of dinners. I prepare dinner every week day and occasionally on weekends. I try my best to switch up our meals fairly often and am always looking for new recipes to try. I am hoping this series inspires some of you and also keeps me from being too repetitive with our meals. I will be posting this series every two weeks, as voted on by all of you. I will be including the SmartPoints value for each meal in case any fellow Weight Watchers members are interested. Enjoy this week's menu!


Monday
Spaghetti with Turkey Meatballs and Garlic Toast
SmartPoints Value: 16 points
One of my family's go to comfort food meals and the perfect dinner for leftovers.


Tuesday
Potato Crusted Cod, Roasted Potatoes, and Green Beans
SmartPoints Value: 9 points
This is one of my husband's favorite meals and is simple to make yet super tasty.


Wednesday
Chicken Sandwiches, Potato and Carrot Fries, Steamed Peas, and Pickles
SmartPoints Value: 16 points
This was probably my favorite meal from the week, this is a copycat version of Chick-Fil-A chicken sandwiches paired with our new favorite vegetable fries.


Thursday
Turkey Noodle Casserole
SmartPoints Value: 15 points
Another great comfort food dish, this one being my daughter's favorite.


Friday
French Toast Roll-Ups, Bacon, and Scrambled Eggs
SmartPoints Value: 12 points
The classic breakfast for dinner, I filled our french toast roll-ups with a mixed berry compote.
