What I Ate Wednesday {Weight Watchers} 6/28/17

I am back with another edition of my What I Ate Wednesday as a Weight Watchers member. I enjoy sharing this series with all of you as it gives a glimpse of just how amazing being a WW member is as you don't sacrifice at all with your food options. I currently have a daily budget of 37 SmartPoints and I do try my best to stay within that budget every day. Keep reading if you want to see how I spent my points!


Breakfast
Raspberry Vanilla Cold Brew
SmartPoints Value: 3 points
I had a busy morning so I went for one of my favorite on the go breakfast options that does keep me full until lunch. This is my standard protein coffee but I also add a bit of raspberry syrup to change things up.


Lunch
Beef and Broccoli with Brown Rice
SmartPoints Value: 14 points
Lunch was leftovers from the previous night's dinner. One of my new favorite dishes!


Dinner
Barbecue Chicken Sliders, Carrot and Potato Fries, Green Beans
SmartPoints Value: 11 points
Perfect meal for a summer picnic! This is my basic pulled barbecue chicken recipe that I then used on slider buns. We also have recently found these vegetable fries and absolutely love them!


Snack
Starbucks Sugar Free Vanilla Latte with Coconut Milk
SmartPoints Value: 7 points
I needed an extra coffee today and since I was already out and had plenty of points left, I splurged on one of my favorite lattes.
