Dinner Ideas {6/7/17}

Welcome to my menu planning series! This series is all about me sharing my family's week of dinners. I prepare dinner every week day and occasionally on weekends. I try my best to switch up our meals fairly often and am always looking for new recipes to try. I am hoping this series inspires some of you and also keeps me from being too repetitive with our meals. I will be posting this series every two weeks, as voted on by all of you. I will be including the SmartPoints value for each meal in case any fellow Weight Watchers members are interested. Enjoy this week's menu!




Monday
Memorial Day Barbecue
Since Monday was Memorial Day, we had a barbecue with various foods. I ended up having a hamburger with mashed potatoes and carrots for 15sp.


Tuesday
Baked Crusted Tilapia, Parmesan Pasta, Steamed Broccoli
SmartPoints Value: 15 points
This is a simple meal that is one of my husband's favorites. I had half of a filet of tilapia for my meal to keep it lower in points.


Wednesday
Layered Chicken Enchilada Bake
SmartPoints Value: 8 points
This is one of my new favorite recipes that is extremely filling and low in points!


Thursday
Meatloaf, Brown Rice, Green Beans
SmartPoints Value: 12 points
Definitely a staple in our home is this classic meal!


Friday
Loaded Nachos
SmartPoints Value: 10 points
A twist on regular tacos are these layered nachos which take my regular taco recipe with added refried beans and salsa.
