What I Ate Wednesday {Weight Watchers} 5/24/17

I am back with another edition of my What I Ate Wednesday as a Weight Watchers member. I enjoy sharing this series with all of you as it gives a glimpse of just how amazing being a WW member is as you don't sacrifice at all with your food options. I currently have a daily budget of 38 SmartPoints and I do try my best to stay within that budget every day. I also exercise six days a week, doing a one hour workout. Breakfast
Mini Chocolate Blueberry Pancake Muffins
SmartPoints Value: 7 points
This was a recipe that I have been wanting to try forever and finally got my hands on Kodiak Power Cake Mix so I decided to give it a try. This comes from Drizzle Me Skinny, and I did alter it slightly by using the dark chocolate flavor. Click here for the full recipe.


Lunch
Turkey and Mustard Sandwich with Blackberries and Raisins
SmartPoints Value: 11 points
I kept my lunch fairly simple with a sandwich and a side of fruit.


Snack

I didn't get a picture of my snack but I had a protein coffee and fiber one brownie for 6 SmartPoints.


Dinner
Rosemary Chicken Nuggets, Mashed Potatoes, Corn
SmartPoints Value: 14 points
This is one of my favorite dinners as it is easy to make and super delicious.
