What I Ate Wednesday {Weight Watchers} 5/10/17

I am back with another edition of my What I Ate Wednesday as a Weight Watchers member. I enjoy sharing this series with all of you as it gives a glimpse of just how amazing being a WW member is as you don't sacrifice at all with your food options. I currently have a daily budget of 37 SmartPoints and I do try my best to stay within that budget every day. I also exercise six days a week, doing a one hour workout. Breakfast
Health Warrior Chia Bar with a Banana
SmartPoints Value: 3 points
I kept my breakfast on the light side since I knew I was going out for lunch and wanted to use more points than usual. I enjoy these bars as they are tasty and low in points.


Lunch
Chick-Fil-A 12 Pack Nugget with Fries
SmartPoints Value: 14 points
Lunch was one of my favorites, this is a 12 count nugget and I splurged a bit and had half of a small fry order.



Snack
I didn't get a picture of my first snack, but I had a vanilla chai latte for 4sp.


Dinner
Turkey Noodle Casserole
SmartPoints Value: 11 points
Dinner was a family favorite and one of the easier of my dinner options.


Snack #2
Iced Coffee with Caramel Protein Shake
SmartPoints Value: 2 points
To end my day, I had an iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts and added a caramel protein shake when I got home.
