What I Ate Wednesday {Weight Watchers} 4/19/17

I am back with another edition of my What I Ate Wednesday as a Weight Watchers member. I enjoy sharing this series with all of you as it gives a glimpse of just how amazing being a WW member is as you don't sacrifice at all with your food options. I currently have a daily budget of 36 SmartPoints and I do try my best to stay within that budget every day. I also exercise six days a week, doing a one hour workout. Breakfast
Smoothie Bowl
SmartPoints Value: 6 points
This is a simple breakfast that I put together in my blender. It is a smoothie bowl made with plain Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey, and strawberries.


Lunch
Pot Roast with Potatoes
SmartPoints Value: 8 points
Lunch was leftovers from Easter dinner, simple and delicious!


Snack
Cold Brew Coffee with Caramel Protein Shake
SmartPoints Value: 2 points
This is my current favorite coffee combination, especially since it is so low in points.


Dinner
Mini Shepherd's Pie and Power Green Salad
SmartPoints Value: 15 points
This is a mini shepherd's pie with a kale and spinach salad.
