What I Ate Wednesday {Weight Watchers} 3/29/17

I am back with another edition of my What I Ate Wednesday as a Weight Watchers member. I enjoy sharing this series with all of you as it gives a glimpse of just how amazing being a WW member is as you don't sacrifice at all with your food options. I currently have a daily budget of 36 SmartPoints and I do try my best to stay within that budget every day. I also exercise six days a week, doing a one hour workout. Breakfast
Fruit Salad with Greek Yogurt
SmartPoints Value: 3 points
Since yesterday was my birthday, I planned ahead to eat fairly light so I could enjoy a slice of birthday cake and fit it into my daily budget. I made this fruit salad with a lemon and poppy-seed dressing and used it top a bowl of Greek Yogurt.


Lunch
Taco Salad
SmartPoints Value: 9 points
My lunch was leftovers from the previous night's dinner, one of my go to favorite meals!


Dinner
Maple-Dijon Glazed Chicken, Italian Orzo, Carrots
SmartPoints Value: 13 points
This was a new recipe that I tried out and the whole family really enjoyed the chicken, it was super tender! I served it alongside Italian seasoned orzo and steamed carrots.


Dessert
Chocolate Raspberry Cake
SmartPoints Value: 11 points {per serving}
I was dreaming of this all day and it did not disappoint. This was a chocolate raspberry cake and worth every single point which I am proud to say fit into my budget!
