What I Ate Wednesday {Weight Watchers} 3/15/17

I am back with another edition of my What I Ate Wednesday as a Weight Watchers member. I enjoy sharing this series with all of you as it gives a glimpse of just how amazing being a WW member is as you don't sacrifice at all with your food options. I currently have a daily budget of 37 SmartPoints and I do try my best to stay within that budget every day. I also exercise six days a week, doing a one hour workout which is half cardio and half weight lifting. Click here to view my current Winter Workout Routine. Breakfast
Chocolate Strawberry Overnight Oats
SmartPoints Value: 5 points
One of my go to breakfast options is overnight oats, easy to make ahead of time and very easy to customize  to whatever flavors I am in the mood for. For this day I added cocoa powder, strawberries, soy milk, and almond butter.


Lunch
PB&J, Tortilla Chips, Banana
SmartPoints Value: 12 points
Sometimes you just crave a more simple lunch and this is what I was in the mood for. A peanut butter and jelly sandwich with my favorite tortilla chips and a banana.


Dinner
Maple Glazed Chicken with Wild Rice Pilaf
SmartPoints Value: 18 points
I had not planned to go out to eat for dinner but I ended up having more errands to run and so we stopped at Red Lobster since it was on the way. This is my go to favorite dish and I am glad I had the points to splurge a bit with!
