What I Ate Wednesday {Weight Watchers} 2/22/17

9:00 AM

I am back with another edition of my What I Ate Wednesday as a Weight Watchers member. I enjoy sharing this series with all of you as it gives a glimpse of just how amazing being a WW member is as you don't sacrifice at all with your food options. I currently have a daily budget of 37 SmartPoints and I do try my best to stay within that budget every day. I also exercise six days a week, doing a one hour workout which is half cardio and half weight lifting. Click here to view my current Winter Workout Routine. Keep reading if you want to see how I spent my points!

Simple Truth Cinnamon & Cranberry Chia Oatmeal
SmartPoints Total: 6 points
This has been one of my favorite go to breakfast options lately as it's quick to make and super delicious!

Pepperoni Pizza with Green Peppers, Fruit Cup, and a Sweet Tea
SmartPoints Value: 14 points
Lunch was supposed to be Chick-Fil-A but when we got back with the food, we realized that they had forgotten my chicken nuggets. So I just reheated a piece of pizza from our favorite local place and had a fruit cup from Chick-Fil-A. I also had a small sweet tea, not pictured.

Iced Coffee with Caramel Protein Shake
SmartPoints Value: 2 points
After my workout, I needed a pick me up so I stopped by Dunkin Donuts and got an iced coffee and added a caramel protein shake instead of creamer.

Turkey Burger, White Cheddar Macaroni, Steamed Peas
SmartPoints Total: 14 points
For dinner, I made turkey burgers with barbecue sauce, white cheddar macaroni, and steamed peas. I wasn't a big fan of the buns but they are lower in points so I can't complain too much.

By the end of the day, I used 36 SmartPoints and I did a one hour workout to earn 7 FitPoints. If you missed my last What I Ate Wednesday then click here to check it out.
