What I Ate Wednesday {Weight Watchers} 2/8/17

8:48 AM

I am back with another edition of my What I Ate Wednesday as a Weight Watchers member. I enjoy sharing this series with all of you as it gives a glimpse of just how amazing being a WW member is as you don't sacrifice at all with your food options. I currently have a daily budget of 37 SmartPoints and I do try my best to stay within that budget every day. I also exercise six days a week doing a one hour workout which is half cardio and half weight lifting. Click here to view my current Winter Workout Routine. Keep reading if you want to see how I spent my points!

Berry Smoothie
SmartPoints Value: 3 points
One of my latest go to breakfast options has been smoothies mixed with protein powder, I find it low in points and quite filling plus it's quick to make as I prep my fruit at the beginning of the week. This smoothie contains strawberries, cantaloupe, coconut water, and vanilla protein powder. I do not count blended fruit so keep that in mind with my total in SmartPoints.

Chick-Fil-A 12 piece nugget with a fruit cup
SmartPoints Value: 9 points
One of my favorite meals when the family wants a quick lunch out option. Chick-Fil-A offers many Weight Watchers friendly food options and this is definitely my go to choice.

Snack #1
I did not take a picture but throughout the afternoon, I did have two coffees for a total of 8 SmartPoints.

Turkey Wrap, Yukon Gold Fries, Sweet Peas
SmartPoints Value: 8 points
A quick dinner option that is low in points and very filling. This turkey wrap contains 3oz smoked turkey, kale, spinach, turkey bacon, and yellow mustard.

Snack #2
Green Tea Latte and a Blueberry Granola Bar
SmartPoints Value: 8 points
Since I had a good amount of points leftover at the end of the day, I decided to have a snack before bed. These oatmeal bars are some of my absolute favorite and I paired it with a green tea latte made with almond milk.

By the end of the day, I used 36 points. If you missed my last What I Ate Wednesday then click here to check it out.
