What I Ate Wednesday {Weight Watchers} #9

I am back with another edition of my What I Ate Wednesday as a Weight Watchers member. I enjoy sharing this series with all of you as it gives a glimpse of just how amazing being a WW member is as you don't sacrifice at all with your food options. I currently have a daily budget of 37 SmartPoints and I do try my best to stay within that budget every day. Breakfast
Nature's Path Organic Multigrain Raisin Oatmeal
SmartPoints Value: 7 points
One of my favorite types of instant oatmeal is this raisin and flax seed blend, it's filling and not too high in points.


Lunch
Atkins Strawberry Shake and a Banana
SmartPoints Value: 4 points
I needed an easy option for lunch and this shake and banana did the trick, also gave me some extra points to double up on my coffee later in the day.


Dinner
Turkey Sandwich with Kale, Spinach, Mustard, and 2 slices of Turkey Bacon, 1oz of Sour Cream Popchips, Corn on the Cob
SmartPoints Value: 16 points
By dinner time, I was quite hungry and had a craving for one of my favorite sandwich combinations. The ciabatta bread alone makes this sandwich for me!


Snack/Dessert
Starbucks Peppermint Mocha {2 servings}
SmartPoints Value: 11 points
Due to my lighter lunch, I was able to splurge a bit and have a bigger glass of one of my favorite pre-made coffee drinks. Super delicious and definitely hits the spot!
