What I Ate Wednesday {Weight Watchers} #8

9:00 AM

I am back with another edition of my What I Ate Wednesday as a Weight Watchers member. I enjoy sharing this series with all of you as it gives a glimpse of just how amazing being a WW member is as you don't sacrifice at all with your food options.I currently have a daily budget of 37 SmartPoints and I do try my best to stay within that budget every day. I also exercise six days a week doing a one hour workout which is half cardio and half weight lifting. Click here to see my current Winter workout routine. Keep reading if you want to see how I spent my points!

Breakfast
2 eggs, cinnamon toast, and a banana
SmartPoints Value: 8 points
I woke up feeling quite hungry so I wanted to make sure I had a filling breakfast and this definitely hit the spot!

Lunch
Luna Chocolate Peppermint Stick Bar
SmartPoints Value: 7 points
I had a busy afternoon with Christmas shopping and almost forgot to even get this picture but these are my go to meal bars that I always have stocked in my pantry. They are quite filling and are absolutely delicious!

Dinner
Spaghetti with turkey meatballs and a breadstick
SmartPoints Value: 14 points
One of my family's favorites and my go to comfort food!

Dessert
1 cup of Halo Top Red Velvet Ice Cream with semisweet chocolate chips and a cherry
SmartPoints Value: 8 points
This is my favorite Halo Top flavor and thanks to their Instagram, I decided to add some chocolate chips and a cherry on top. It is so delicious and very point friendly!

By the end of the day, I had used 37 SmartPoints and earned a total of 15 FitPoints. I feel like this was an extremely filling day and you can't beat being able to still fit in a bowl of ice cream! If you missed my last What I Ate Wednesday then click here to check it out.

In the comments below, let me know what your favorite Halo Top flavor is.

As always any requests, questions, or comments are greatly appreciated. Talk to you soon!
