What I Ate Wednesday {Weight Watchers} #7

I am back with another edition of my What I Ate Wednesday as a Weight Watchers member. I enjoy sharing this series with all of you as it gives a glimpse of just how amazing being a WW member is as you don't sacrifice at all with your food options. I currently have a daily budget of 38 SmartPoints and I do try my best to stay within that budget every day. I also exercise six days a week doing a one hour workout which is half cardio and half weight lifting. Keep reading if you want to see how I spent my points!


Breakfast
Chocolate Banana Oatmeal

I was in the mood for something sweet and I was quite hungry this morning so I made this bowl of deliciousness! This is plain oatmeal mixed with banana, chocolate chips, and honey.


Lunch
Peppered Turkey Sandwich with Mustard and Kale, Mini Tortilla Chips, and Salsa
SmartPoints Value: 9 points
I was quite full from my bigger breakfast so I wanted something simple and on the lighter side for lunch. This is a turkey sandwich with kale and yellow mustard on a thin whole wheat bun. I also had mini tortilla chips with a side of salsa (not pictured).


Dinner
Sweet Potato Chili with Cornbread Muffin
SmartPoints Value: 10 points
My go to comfort chili recipe is this sweet potato version. I paired it with homemade cornbread muffins that were topped with honey butter. Click here for my recipe for Sweet Potato Chili.


Snack
Venti Skinny Peppermint Mocha {With Coconut Milk}
SmartPoints Value: 8 points
I picked up one of my favorite holiday drinks after a long day. This is a skinny peppermint mocha with unsweetened coconut milk.
