Welcome to my "Plan With Me" series! This month's theme is my final Fall layout for this year. I will detail all the products I used throughout the post. Keep reading if you want to see how I planned out my week!

I am using the Good to Go rose gold Erin Condren LifePlanner in the vertical layout. I'm loving all the personalized products and organizational accessories I've found at! Check it out for yourself and you'll receive $10 off your first purchase, simply by clicking here.

This is my plain week ahead view. With every planning session I begin by laying out all my stickers and my journal that contains my menu plan and random reminders that I have jotted down throughout the week.

These are the various materials I used to create this week's layout.

The main products I am using this week come from Confetti Paperie, click here to see her full shop and I will link to each product I use throughout this post.

I began by covering the label portion of the boxes with washi tape, I used the Geometric Gold Washi Tape from Hobby Lobby. After that I began decorating the rest of my layout before filling it in, as I had not fully decided how my layout would look so I thought decorating it first would be a better place to start.

I used a combination of 2 kits to achieve this layout. The majority of the layout is using the November kit from Confetti Paperie. I also used a few stickers from the Thanksgiving kit as well. For the leaves and acorn decor on the second page, I used a set of Autumn Leaves Stickers from Hobby Lobby. For this layout, I kept it mostly full of white space as I have a lot of things to get done this week and wanted plenty of room for to do lists. I used the bigger boxes to focus on one important daily task. On the far left side, I have a longer to do list to keep track of everything.

On the first page, I have every day broken down into the tasks I need to complete and at the bottom I have the dinners I am making throughout the week. I also have the blog posts I have planned labeled at the top of the days they will be going up. On the far left is where my full to do list is placed alongside some decor stickers from Confetti Paperie and Pawspaper.

The second page is basically a repeat of the first. I do have the weekend broken down a tad different as I have less work to do. I used the fall colored weekend banner from Confetti Paperie. I also covered the bottom sections of the weekend as I do not cook dinner at home on those nights.

Here is my completed theme! I think it turned out quite lovely and I am loving the products I used from Confetti Paperie, I really enjoyed how easy the stickers applied and could be readjusted if needed. I definitely recommend checking out her shop if you haven't yet!

I hope you enjoyed seeing how I planned my week. If you missed my last Plan With Me, click here to see how I used a Halloween theme.
