What I Ate Wednesday {Weight Watchers} #4

9:00 AM

I am back with another edition of my What I Ate Wednesday as a Weight Watchers member. I enjoy sharing this series with all of you as it gives a glimpse of just how amazing being a WW member is as you don't sacrifice at all with your food options. I currently have a daily budget of 38 SmartPoints and I do try my best to stay within that budget every day. I also exercise six days a week doing a one hour workout which is half cardio and half weight lifting. Click here to see my current fall weight lifting routine. Keep reading if you want to see how I spent my points!

Better Oats Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal with Dried Cranberries
SmartPoints Value: 6 Points
One of my favorite breakfast options is oatmeal as it is both filling and quick to make. I like to mix it up by adding in various toppings and for this day, I paired it with one of my favorite dried fruits. Oatmeal is a great option as it's something you can fully customize to your taste buds.

Spicy Chicken Taco with Long Grain Wild Rice
SmartPoints Value: 10 SmartPoints
My lunches are typically leftovers from the previous night's dinner. This lunch was a spicy chicken taco paired with one of my favorite rice blends.

McDonalds Sugar Free Vanilla Latte
SmartPoints Value: 5 Points
I was in need of an afternoon pick me up after a long and hectic morning so I swung by McDonalds and got a latte.

BBQ Hamburgers, Corn on the Cob, Waffle Fries
SmartPoints Value: 17 Points
Dinner was a request from the family, they wanted burgers and I gave in despite not having all the vegetables for toppings. They were still delicious but I hate skipping on getting my greens in where I can.

By the end of the day I had used 38 SmartPoints and earned a total of 13 FitPoints. I do wish I would have had more vegetables in my meals today but I can't have a perfect day all the time. I am glad I stayed within my points! If you missed my last What I Ate Wednesday then click here to check it out.

In the comments below, let me know what is on your meal plan for today.

As always any requests, questions, or comments are greatly appreciated. Talk to you soon!
