Weight Watchers Instagram Series

As you may be aware I am a current Weight Watchers member and I am always looking for ways to share my experiences as well as follow along on others journeys for inspiration. Starting this week, you may have noticed that my Instagram is following a more structured theme with posts revolved around my Weight Watchers journey.

I have decided that until the end of the year, I am going to share five posts a week that are centered around Weight Watchers. Today I am going to share my typical posting schedule with all of you!

Tuesday will be used to share my breakfast ideas and recipes.

Thursday will be used to share my lunch ideas and recipes.

Friday will be used for my weigh in days, sharing my change in weight whether it be a loss or gain.

Saturday will be used to share my dinner ideas and recipes.

Sunday will be used to share my snack and/or dessert ideas and recipes.

I hope that this series will inspire some of you to follow along during your own health journeys, even if you are not a current WW member. I will be hosting challenges as well which will be announced via my social media networks. Be sure to follow me on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to stay up to date on any giveaways and contests!
