Baked Barbecue Chicken

- 1 to 2lbs of chicken tenders, skinless and boneless
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ to ½ cup barbecue sauce


1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Mix all spices together in a bowl, apply one half on one side of the tenders.

3. Drizzle oil into 9x13 pan.

4. Place chicken in pan, seasoned side down; season other side of chicken with remaining spices.

5. Bake 10 minutes, remove from oven and flip. Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes or until juices run clear.

6. Top with barbecue sauce, place in warm oven until ready to serve.
