Weight Watchers SmartPoints Snack Ideas

9:00 AM

Today I wanted to share with all of you some of my favorite snacks and treats to have as a Weight Watchers member. I have previously used Weight Watchers, about 8 years ago, and I lost all the weight I wanted to at that time. Since then I have struggled with my weight and I have recently joined the program again. The program is vastly different since I last used it and I have included the appropriate SmartPoints value for each of the snacks I am sharing today. Keep reading if you are looking for tasty and healthy treats!

Weight Watchers Smart Ones Strawberry Banana Smoothie
5 SmartPoints Value
This is one of my go to breakfast options for when I am on the go on the weekends. These smoothies are perfect as they defrost quickly and provide a tasty and fulfilling pick me up. My favorite flavor is the strawberry banana!

Halo Top birthday cake ice cream
2 SmartPoints Value {per serving}
When you are looking for a dessert and just need a sweet tooth craving fulfilled, it can be quite the struggle while dieting. Halo Top is a new brand to me and I am so glad to have found them. This is my favorite flavor from the brand, "Birthday Cake", and while you can tell it's not full fat ice cream, it is still absolutely delicious and you can not beat the nutrition facts on this one! I am very impressed by just how much protein you get in this as well.

Cascadian Farm Organic Wild Blueberry Soft Baked Squares
6 SmartPoints Value
In the middle of the day or after a workout, I love grabbing these granola bars as they have natural ingredients and are absolutely delicious. I have also used them as a crumbled topping for a yogurt parfait.

Siggi's Vanilla 0% Milk-fat Yogurt with Nature's Path Organic Coconut Chia Granola
3 SmartPoints Value {Yogurt}/ 2 SmartPoints Value {1/4 serving size of granola}
5 SmartPoints Value Total
I have used this as a quick breakfast item and also as a snack. I simply take a quarter of the serving size of the granola, about a tablespoon or so, and add it to any low sugar yogurt, I typically use plain yogurt to save more points but the vanilla is also one of my go to favorites.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
1 SmartPoints Value {Organic Unsweetened Almondmilk}/ 2 SmartPoints Value {Protein Powder}/ 1 SmartPoint {PB2 Chocolate}/ 0 SmartPoints {Banana}
4 SmartPoints Value Total
When I am in the mood for a smoothie as a meal replacement, this is my go to combination. I simply add in a pack of chocolate plant-based shake mix, a cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1 large banana, and about 1 tbsp of PB2 Chocolate. Depending on what texture I prefer, I may add in ice or more fruit. This is super tasty and surprisingly quite filling.

I hope you enjoyed some of my favorite snack options!
