Menu Planning Series {Week 1}

Welcome to my brand new series "Menu Planning"! This series is all about me sharing my family's week of dinners. I make dinner for the family every week day evening, on weekends we eat leftovers and sometimes go out to eat. I try my best to switch up our meals fairly often and am always looking for new recipes to try. I am hoping this series inspires some of you and also keeps me from being too repetitive with our meals. I will be posting this series every two weeks, which was voted on by all of you. Enjoy!

Week 1 Menu Planning


Asian Beef Noodle Bowls with Steamed Mixed Vegetables
This is one of my favorite all in one easy meals. It's a revved up way to use Ramen noodles without any of the sodium packed seasoning pack.


Chex Lemon Glazed Baked Chicken, Fresh Herb Butter Pasta, Glazed Baby Carrots
This is one of my husband and daughter's favorite chicken recipes, it's a sweet twist on a classic breaded baked chicken.


Turkey Corn Dog Bites, Baked Parmesan Fries, Corn On The Cob
These baked fries are one of my addictions, I could over indulge with these far too easily!


Baked Garlic & Herb Tilapia, Green Beans, Pilaf
This fish was a new recipe that I tried, we love baked fish dishes and this one was a success!


Turkey Pot Pie
My classic comfort food dish, perfect for the end of the week as it practically cooks itself!
