tarte LipSurgence lip creme in shade "Wonder"
Full Size Price: $24.00
Sample size value is approximately: $10.00
This is a lip creme de la creme - an ultra-moisturizing, full coverage lip creme providing a rich, creamy color veil with a luxurious texture. It contains maracuja which is rich in essential fatty acids and vitamin C for firmer, brighter, smoother skin and maximum hydration. It also contains jojoba seed oil, shea butter, and vitamin E. This is a very hydrating lip color that packs a high color pigmentation, in just one swipe I had the amount of product needed for the perfect lip coverage. This lip color has lasted fairly well through eating and drinking. I received the color "Wonder" which is a poppy red shade that pairs perfectly for the spring and summer. I would consider purchasing the full size of this product as well as other shades.

Adesse New York Organic Infused Nail Lacquer in the shade "Irina"
Full Size Price: $18.00
Adding to my nail polish collection is a new brand to me. This polish is a gel effect, which gives the long-wearing look of a gel manicure without a UV or LED lamp. It is infused with organic bamboo extract, argan and shea oils to soothe and rejuvenate your nails. It is made with organic mica, minerals, and pigments to give a high-definition color and shiny finish that won't chip or scratch. It is also 5 free, Cruelty Free, Paraben Free, Sulfate Free, Petrochemical Free, GMO Free, Triclosan Free, Vegan, and made in New York.

I was excited to try this polish as the idea of an organic nail brand was new to me and the color looked intriguing. On their site the color I received, Irinia, is described as a lavender shade and I was quite surprised to see this appear quite gray to me no matter what lighting I used. I am not sure if this is a different formula than described or what but I for sure do not get any purple hues from this polish. This applied opaque in 2 coats and the formula is quite lovely. Unfortunately I experienced chipping within 24 hours of application and this is with using a base and top coat.

Overall, I enjoyed the idea of the polish but was a little let down by the fact that it was chipping quite easily after application. I would like to try out another shade to better test out the formula. This was also the first full size product this month.

Luxie Onyx Noir Tapered Highlighter Face Brush #522
Full Size Price: $32.00
I loved seeing this brush in my bag as Luxie makes some of my favorite makeup brushes! This brush is vegan friendly and cruelty-free. It is made with fine synthetic bristles that apply pigments like wonder. It is also sprayed with an antibacterial coating to maintains its quality. Like all my other Luxie brushes, this one is amazingly soft and works very well on applying product. I found the head of the brush to be the perfect size for highlighter application and it also maintained it's shape after being cleaned. I would definitely purchase more brushes from this brand, from my research this does appear to be our second full size product this month!

Starlooks Cream Eye Shadow in Rose Gold
Full Size Price: $??
Sample size value is approximately: $??
I was very intrigued by this product as I had yet to really see anything like it. This is an iridescent rose gold cream eye shadow that claims to be budge-proof without creasing or smudging. To apply, you simply dab onto your eye lid with your ring finger. Now I tested this product in a few ways and overall am greatly disappointed. I originally tried it directly on my eye without any base and it was fading any time I tapped or tried to apply a swipe of product. Then I tried with an eye base, this time it creased up and mostly rubbed off and even became flaky on my skin. Lastly I tried to apply it directly with the brush and again was left with a faded and messy look.

I am not sure if there is some hidden secret as to how to achieve an eye look with this product but I did not have any success whatsoever. The color itself is quite beautiful, it leans more gold than rose gold but it is still lovely. The formula is fairly wet and dried with a sticky texture to it. I would like to know if there is a way to make this product work for me but as of now, I am not a fan and would not re-purchase. I was unable to find this product on their site so I can't give proper pricing options.

Moroccanoil Treatment Original
Full Size Price: $44.00
Sample size value is approximately: $5.00
This is a Moroccanoil treatment that can be used as a conditioning, styling, and finishing tool. It is infused with antioxidant-rich argan oil and shine-boosting vitamins. It helps detangle, speeds up drying time and boots shine, all while leaving you with nourished, manageable, and smooth hair with each use. To use, you simply apply 1 to 2 pumps to clean, towel-dried hair, from mid-length to ends. Blow-dry or let dry naturally. You can also apply to dry hair to tame flyaways, condition split ends, and smooth hair. I am a big fan of Moroccan oil hair products and this one works wonders. Not only did it make my hair look amazing but it felt silky smooth and had a luxurious scent that lingered throughout the day. I really enjoyed the product and how well it worked for me. I would purchase the full size of this product.

My April Glam Bag is valued at $65.00*.
I pay $10.00 a month, so I received an extra value of $55.00 this month.
Overall, I really loved this bag due to the two full size products and the fact that everything was fairly new to me so it was nice to try out some new brands. I was a little disappointed by the eye shadow product but hope to figure out how I can make it work. My favorite product from this month's bag would be the Tarte lip creme.
