Sahale Snacks Review

As a part of the Crowdtap community, I am able to sample products and review them for all of you. Today, I wanted to share my review of a few snack products from Sahale Snacks!


Naturally Pomegranate Vanilla Flavored Cashews Glazed Mix
This was my personal favorite from the four products that I tried out. This is a snack mix of cashews that are naturally flavored with pomegranate and vanilla glaze. I found that the vanilla flavor is the most prominent so if you are not a fan of pomegranate, I don't think you'd honestly notice that flavor too much. The cashews were crunchy and sweet and the amount in the pack is a perfect snack size. My favorite aspect of all of these snack options is the simple ingredient list. This cashew mix is only 160 calories with 6g of sugar. The low sugar content really surprised me as these taste quite sweet!




Almond Vanilla Latte Layered Nut Bar
I was a bit hesitant to try this product as I was unsure how a coffee flavored granola bar would taste but the overall flavor profile of this bar is quite balanced and light. It contains a blend of Madagascar vanilla with espresso, almonds, white chocolate, and is layered on top of cashew butter. The ingredients sound quite rich but everything is balanced quite well with one another. It definitely carries a flavor of coffee as there is actual coffee used in these bars so if you are not a coffee fan then this would not be for you. I really liked how the coffee flavor elevated this bar to a unique flavor yet wasn't overpowering enough that you couldn't still taste the other ingredients. The almonds are nice and crunchy but the bar itself has a chewy consistency. It contains 200 calories and 7g of sugar.






Salted Caramel Apple Pecan Layered Nut Bar
I am not a big fan of caramel so I had a feeling this bar would not be a fit for me. This bar contains salted caramel, pecans, and apples drizzled in real dark chocolate and layered on top of creamy cashew butter. I personally did not notice a strong apple flavor to these as the caramel was very prominent, now this may be because I am more sensitive to caramel flavorings as I have a dislike for it. This bar has a similar texture to the Almond Latte, the pecans are crunchy while the bar itself is quite chewy. I really like the cashew butter layer and found the flavor profile for the main ingredients to be a little unbalanced due to the strong caramel taste. This bar contains 200 calories and 9g of sugar.






Honey Almonds Glazed Nuts Mix
I am a big fan of almonds and cranberries so this one was my second favorite of the products I tried. This nut mix contains whole almonds and cranberries that are accented by toasted sesame seeds, sea salt, and honey. This mix is the perfect flavor profile for a sweet and savory taste. I really loved the crunchy added texture of the sesame seeds and the cranberries were sweet yet still tart. I really enjoyed how well these ingredients went together and found this pack to be very filling. This mix contains 160 calories and just 6g of sugar!







Overall, I was very excited to try the Sahale Snacks brand as I am always on the lookout for healthier snacks especially with my current New Year fitness routine and diet. The best thing about all of these products is the low sugar content. When trying them I found all of them to be quite sweet and was thinking the sugar would be high, I was pleasantly surprised to see that none of them had more than 10g in sugar. Each of the snacks has a unique flavor profile and provides a simple, real ingredient list.
