{Strawberry Raspberry}

With the holiday season well upon us, I find it fitting to remind all of us to keep it simple. With Welch's new Refreshingly Simple Juice, it makes taking a little time to yourself even more easy. I know that since I am the host for all the holiday celebrations that I need a reminder to keep things a little less stressful this time of year. I also like to keep my healthy eating habits in check so I can have an extra helping of desserts at Christmas. In the spirit of keeping it simple and staying healthy. Here is my review of the new Refreshingly Simple juice in the flavor Strawberry Raspberry. I also include a simple and healthy recipe to make the most of this delicious juice!

Like my previous review on the Peach Mango flavor, this is a very light tasting juice. I love the all natural ingredients and the idea that you get exactly what you are expecting and nothing more. The sweetness for this particular flavor is a bit more tart than the previous yet still plenty sweet in my opinion.This juice contains no artificial sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors, or artificial preservatives. Each serving is 100 calories with only 24g of sugar. You can try it in Concord GrapePeach MangoOrange Pineapple Apple, and Simple Passion Fruit. Each juice is sold in the 59oz bottles for about $2.99 each or in an 8oz six pack for about $3.49 at retailers such as Wal-mart, Kroger, and Publix.

I decided to make my typical green smoothie but instead of adding apple juice, I used the strawberry raspberry instead. This really elevated the overall flavor profile and gave my simple healthy treat a new sweetness and exotic taste. I really enjoyed how well it blended in with the other ingredients and with the simple ingredients, I felt like it was a perfect option for my mid-day smoothie. Again, if you like a light natural tasting juice then I truly believe this is the best option of juices out right now.

To make my green smoothie recipe you will need:
- 1 cup of kale
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 cup frozen tropical fruit blend
Then you simply blend it until it's the consistency you prefer!

Overall, I am very pleased with this new line of juices and can't wait to try out the remaining flavors!

Down in the comments, let me know how you keep things simple during the holiday madness.

As always any requests, questions, or comments are greatly appreciated. Talk to you soon!
