9:00 AM

I hope that all of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Today, I wanted to share with all of you our menu from this year. We had a lot of the classics mixed in a with a new dessert option from the Pinterest Test Kitchen. If you would like any of the recipes then let me know in the comments below.

Main Dish

Cajun Turkey
I used my classic recipe for my turkey that has been used for about 10 years now. The baste mixture is mostly paprika and peanut oil.

Side Dishes

Horizon Classic Macaroni and Cheese
I had a special request from the kids for their favorite Horizon Macaroni and Cheese, can't complain about a simple side dish so I made this for the children.

Cornbread Stuffing
This is my homemade cornbread stuffing and a recipe that I have made and used for several years now.

Sweet Yellow Corn
Simple vegetable side dish, I used the Aldi brand of steamable vegetables for the first time and really enjoyed them.

Cherry-Cranberry Sauce
This is my homemade recipe for cranberry sauce. I use a basic recipe for this with a hint of orange zest and some dried cherries mixed in.

King Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
Another simple addition to the side dishes, these are just original Hawaiian rolls.

Honey Butter
This is my recipe for homemade honey butter, I use this to top the dinner rolls and it is a very simple and tasty addition.

Creamy Mashed Potatoes
These are my homemade mashed potatoes that are a simple recipe with a secret ingredient that makes them extra creamy and tasty!

Desserts

Pumpkin Pie
I made two of my original homemade pumpkin pies with homemade whipped cream.

Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes
These were our new addition to our menu this year, thanks to Pinterest!
