Our 6th Grade Classroom Tour

9:00 AM

Welcome to our 6th grade classroom!

Our classroom went through a mini makeover this school year, we basically reversed the original setup and moved a few things around. This setup is not 100% perfect as I feel it looks a little more cluttered in some areas but it will work out for this school year and I will try and better organize it for 7th grade.

As soon as you enter the classroom you will see this wall which contains some educational posters, our art show wall, and my daughter's desk. We also added an inflatable globe to the ceiling. (Pug not usually included)

When you turn to the left, you will then see our calendar, motivational posters, and a dresser that is used to hold art supplies, holiday themed projects, science materials, and school books. At the top of the dresser is where the kids turn in their work.

On the wall next to the dresser are more educational posters and a small map of the United States. Also on this side of the room is my son's desk.

On the opposite side of the room is where the dry erase board, our mini "library", and my desk are. I also have a class schedule and weather report station on the wall next to the dry erase board.

Next to my desk is a larger map of the United States, a globe, and a container where I keep office supplies, school work, and school books.
