Meatloaf Recipe

What You'll Need:
1 to 2 pounds of ground beef (80/20 preferred)
1 to 2 pounds of ground pork
1 tablespoon ground cumin
½ tablespoon parsley flakes
½ teaspoon paprika
½ tablespoon breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon steak seasoning
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 to 2 tablespoons ketchup
Spray oil, to coat pan

Directions:

Step 1: Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit  then add all spices, breadcrumbs, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef and pork in a mixing bowl. Mix well, but do not over-mix, just enough to make sure spices are well blended as well as the meat.

Step 2: Once meat is mixed well, oil a loaf pan and add the meatloaf. Be sure to press tightly into pan. Once in the pan, add the ketchup on top. Place into your preheated oven.

Step 3: After 30 minutes, drain your meatloaf to get out excess fat and oil. Do this after every half hour of baking. Bake for a total of 60 to 90 minutes depending on your oven and how much meat you use. Check that meat is cooked throughout before serving.

Step 4: Once meatloaf is done cooking, you may add extra ketchup to the top. Then slice and serve. Enjoy!
