Lakeshore Learning

Lakeshore Learning has been my favorite classroom supply shop since I began homeschooling my children. For quite a while I had no local resources when it came to having access to true classroom materials. I have always tried to keep our classroom very similar to a public schoolroom in order to provide structure plus letting my children experience it. They often have sales and overall their pricing is extremely reasonable.

They offer materials for up to 6th Grade/11 years old which limits them to some degree but you could use many of their products far past that limitation. One of my favorite products they offer are their teacher planners, it's very difficult to beat the price they sell them for. I also enjoy their homework folders as well as their arts and crafts materials.

They offer many weekend workshops where you can go to a physical store and do crafts with your children. This store really focuses on being hands on with learning and that is something I truly agree with. They promote the idea of using fun techniques and art to keep your child interested and engaged. While they may lean more toward younger children and early education, I truly feel you can implement their products even with older children.

If you are looking for a place to get classroom materials and different schooling work/information then this site should definitely be your first stop. If you have ever shopped here before then let me know your favorite product. If not, browse the site and come back to let me know what you think. Check to see if you are lucky enough to have a store near you then be sure to look out for their free crafts for kids events.

Also be on the lookout for their new Summer Learning Hub! I know I'll be using it to keep my kids entertained and active this summer.

As always any requests, questions, or comments are greatly appreciated. Talk to you soon!
